Ulrika has worked for 25+ years within the pharma sector with drug development and clinical operations in different roles as project leader as well as line manager. With a MSc in Pharmacy in training, her experience runs across all phases of clinical trials, and she has worked with both small molecules and also proteins, cell therapies, and therapeutic devices. She has over the years worked with indications in the rare disease area as well as large diseases in the metabolic and inflammatory areas. Many of the projects she has followed from First Human dose all the way through large phase 3 programs and post marketing studies.

Ulrika provides strategic and advisory clinical development guidance and support as well as plan and execute on vendor selection and management, clinical trial planning and execution, site selection, patient recruitment strategies and many other capabilities. By applying these comprehensive areas of expertise, she helps clients drive their projects forward with both quality and pace.
