Do you want to use your solid financial understanding on exciting business challenges? Are you keen on translating data into knowledge and drive the financial agenda in KLIFO? Then you might be our new Business Controller.
We are looking for a strong finance partner who is ready to make a difference in an informal and international organization. We offer an opportunity to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and their teams across the organization.

Become part of an experienced and dedicated team

You will join a team of 11 highly competent colleagues in Finance, Legal & IT. The Finance team is responsible for driving and developing all financial processes and systems, including financial planning, performance management reporting, project controlling and provide analysis.

As Business Controller, you will drive a broad variety of activities related to financial planning and management reporting towards the stakeholders in the business area. To succeed, you need to combine strong analytical competencies with a curiosity to understand the business. You will be collaborating with many different people across the organisation and it is therefore crucial that you are open-minded and have good communication skills.
You will report directly to the CFO and you will be located at our office in Glostrup together with the rest of the Finance, Legal & IT team.

In the role as Business Controller, you’ll contribute by:

• Acting as a strong business partner to the business area management and project managers
• Support KLIFO with financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting with a strong focus on data quality and data analysis
• Develop presentations and reporting to senior management on financial performance, variances from targets, updates on ongoing activities and recommend action plans for improvement
• Creating business insights through data analysis and communicate findings and solutions to support decision-making
• Controlling and continously having financial overview of projects and client contracts

You will also be directly involved in an ongoing upgrade of the system platform including global implementation of Business Central and Power BI and through that contribute with automated and efficient processes

Your background and qualifications

You possess a collaborative mindset and enjoy working in a structured way with an eye for detail. You thrive just as well with daily hands-on work as with analysis on future business. You want to contribute to a culture of trust and transparency.

Furthermore, you have:

• Graduated with a M.Sc. or similar having preferably 2-3 years of experience as business controller in a project driven business
• Are able to handle large data sets and complex information and turn this into overviews for decision making
• Excellent collaboration skills and able to communicate complex findings in a simple manner
• You take an active part in teamwork but also enjoy working independently
